Sara will set a meeting in-person at the property or virtually with the Sellers based on their needs. The goal is to quickly understand the clients needs, best case scenario, and timeline. The client's goals and performance that our client's are proud of become Sara's personal focus.

Marketing
Create a custom marking plan that will promote the property to a wide-cast net of potential buyers. This could entail an off-market sale or a wide scale plan to promote the property through several marketing channels. Each client has unique needs and goals and we take time to understand and perform.

Staging
We have a no cost value add when elevating your listing through staging. This is one step of our marketing plan and a professional service offered when you partner with our team.

Photography
We work with the best professionals in photography and videography to produce a visual selling experience that begins online. With the majority of the Buyers beginning their search on the web we understand that investing in high end graphic production is extremely important.

Listing
Once your listing is live in the MLS we have technology to help with scheduling, communication, and a marketing plan that suits your needs while on the market. We have a team in place to make this process stress-free while achieving desired results.
