Showings

Once we find homes that fit your needs, we will set up showings and view the homes you are interested in.

Negotiating

After finding the right home, we will put in a strong offer and negotiate the terms of the contract.

We consult with our clients on trends in pricing, inventory, and demand. Our consultation provides the client strategic options on how to strengthen their offer appropriate to the current market competition.

We negotiate the best possible terms and pricing strategy, while protecting our clients legally and ethically.

The Final Steps

Escrow

Deposit escrow and complete the loan application within the timeframe of the contract.

Inspections

Schedule inspections and negotiate any repair requests and issues from the inspection.

Financing

Order appraisal and obtain homeowners insurance.

Closing

We will continue to advise our Buyers, respond to, and negotiate any needs that arise prior to closing.

Once we receive clear-to-close from the lender, we will schedule and perform the final walk-through before closing.

Move-in!

After finishing the final walk-through, we will meet at the attorney's office to close on your home, get your keys, and prepare to move-in!
